1. Acceptance

By installing or using ScamBlock, you fully accept these terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the extension.

3. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering the source code.
• Commercial use without written consent.
• Bypassing security mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

ScamBlock and its logo are registered trademarks. All content remains our exclusive property.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScamBlock strives to provide the best possible detection but cannot guarantee complete fraud prevention. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Premium subscription in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend access in case of violations. You may uninstall the extension at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec.
